IMPORTANT: These Terms include a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Addendum.
1. Welcome to MyBiidoo
MyBiidoo LLC (“MyBiidoo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Minnesota limited liability company with its principal place of business in Hennepin County, Minnesota. It operates www.MyBiidoo.com, and matchmaking and coaching services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by:

The Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Privacy Policy
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
The Services may not be accessed for benchmarking, competitive monitoring, scraping, or similar purposes.
2. Right to Cancel and Refund Policy
Statutory 3-Day Cancellation Right
If you reside in a state that provides a statutory right to cancel a dating service or social referral contract within three (3) business days, you may cancel this Matchmaking Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) without penalty by providing written notice of cancellation no later than midnight of the third (3rd) business day following the date of this Agreement.
For purposes of this Section:
“Business day” excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.
The “date of this Agreement” means the date you accepted these Terms of Use and submitted payment.
If you cancel within the applicable statutory cancellation period, you will receive a refund as required by the laws of your state of residence.
In states requiring return of all payments made, Mybiidoo will refund all payments as required by law.
In states permitting a reasonable administrative or expense fee, such fee may be deducted only as permitted by applicable law.
Refunds will be processed within the time period required by applicable state law.
If any provision of this Agreement conflicts with mandatory state law, applicable state law shall control.
State-Specific Statutory Notices
Certain states require specific cancellation notice forms or disclosures. Where required by law, the applicable statutory “Notice of Cancellation” forms attached as exhibits to this Agreement shall govern cancellation rights and procedures, including but not limited to:

If a conflict exists between this Agreement and a state-mandated notice form, the state-mandated notice form shall control.
Death or Disability (Where Required by Law)
If required by state law, a pro-rata refund will be issued for unused services in cases of death or qualifying disability.

Cancellation is effective upon sending (email) or postmark (mail).
After expiration of the statutory period, refunds are governed by your signed Service Agreement and applicable law.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access, register for, or use the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you:
are at least 18 years of age;
have the legal right, authority, and capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms of Use;
have not been convicted of a felony involving violence, sexual misconduct, fraud, or any crime that would reasonably pose a safety risk to other users;
are not required to register as a sex offender with any governmental authority;
have not previously been removed or banned from the Services by Mybiidoo (unless expressly authorized in writing to re-register);
are not currently married (separated individuals with a pending divorce may use the Services only if they fully disclose their legal marital status);
are using the Services solely for bona fide relationship-seeking purposes; and
are not otherwise prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.
If at any time you cease to meet these eligibility requirements, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services and notify Mybiidoo.
Mybiidoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these eligibility requirements, subject to applicable law.
4. Background Screenings
Mybiidoo may, at its discretion, conduct background or criminal record screenings using publicly available records or third-party service providers.
If you purchase a Client Subscription or are selected for a curated introduction, you acknowledge and agree that Mybiidoo may conduct a criminal history screening using available public records.
You authorize Mybiidoo to conduct such screenings as permitted by applicable law.
Mybiidoo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any screening results and makes no representations regarding the conduct, identity, or intentions of any user.
If Mybiidoo uses a third-party consumer reporting agency to obtain a consumer report about you, such screening will be conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other applicable laws, and any required disclosures or notices will be provided separately.
Screenings:
Are limited in scope
May not include all jurisdictions
May not reveal all history
May contain inaccuracies
We do not guarantee safety, identity, or conduct of any User.
If a third-party consumer report is obtained, it will comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
MyBiidoo is not a Consumer Reporting Agency.
Account Termination Based on Screening
If any screening indicates that you do not meet the eligibility requirements under these Terms, Mybiidoo may suspend or terminate your account.
Refunds, if any, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Refund Policy.
FCRA Clarification
Mybiidoo is not a “Consumer Reporting Agency” as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681a(f)). Any background information obtained directly from public records is not intended to constitute a “Consumer Report” under the FCRA.
If a consumer report is obtained through a third-party agency, such report will be used solely for determining eligibility under these Terms and handled in accordance with applicable law.
5. Geographic Scope
Geographic Scope and Licensed Territories
Governing Law (U.S.)
If you reside in the United States or receive Services in the United States, these Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
The Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of any arbitration provision contained in these Terms.
Contracting Entity; Geographic Scope of Services
The MyBiidoo brand operates through separate legal entities in different jurisdictions.
Your contractual relationship depends on your country of residence and the location where Services are provided:
United States: Services are provided by MyBiidoo LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company.
Australia: Services are provided by MyBiidoo Australia Pty Ltd, an independent licensed operator authorized to use the MyBiidoo brand in Australia.
India: Services are provided by MyBiidoo India Private Limited, an independent licensed operator authorized to use the MyBiidoo brand in India.
If you reside in or receive Services in Australia or India, your agreement is solely with the applicable local entity. MyBiidoo LLC licenses the MyBiidoo brand and proprietary systems to local operators but is not the contracting party for Services provided outside the United States.
Each local entity is independently responsible for:
Customer agreements
Payment processing
Regulatory compliance
Consumer protection obligations
Service delivery within its territory
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to contract with the entity applicable to your country of residence.
International Data Transfers
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be transferred to, processed in, and accessed from jurisdictions outside your state or country of residence, including the United States, Australia, and India, where authorized MyBiidoo licensees operate.
Such transfers will be conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws and appropriate safeguards.
6. Services
MyBiidoo USA provides curated matchmaking and related advisory services.
We are an intermediary facilitating introductions between consenting adults.
Website Access and License
Matchmaking Services are offered exclusively through the MyBiidoo website
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, MyBiidoo grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services through our website for your personal, non-commercial use.
All content made available through the Services, including but not limited to text, profiles, images, audio, video, branding elements, and other materials (“Content”), is owned by or licensed to MyBiidoo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Content;
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from any portion of the website;
Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scraping tools;
Use the Services for any commercial purpose without written consent;
Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by MyBiidoo.
Enrollment may require a separate signed Service Agreement.

Signature Client Service
Video Connect Service
Member Service
Potential Partner Participation
Specific pricing, duration, and scope are governed exclusively by your Service Agreement.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee:
A specific number of matches
Compatibility
Relationship success
Engagement or marriage
Matchmaking involves subjective human compatibility.
Service Terms and Duration
Services are fixed-term and do not automatically renew.
Available durations:
3-Month Package
6-Month Package
12-Month Package
Partner for Life Package (up to 24 cumulative months of active search)
The Partner for Life Package is not a guarantee of marriage and does not create an indefinite obligation.
Renewal requires a new written agreement.
Fees and Payment
Fees are payable as agreed at purchase.
All prices:
Are in INR Rupees
Include GST where applicable
We may offer installment plans.
Failure to pay may result in suspension.
Services do not automatically renew.
Coaching Services
Coaching may be included in certain packages or purchased separately. Coaching is advisory in nature.
Coaching:
Is educational and advisory
Is not therapy, psychiatry, or mental health treatment
Is not legal or financial advice
You are responsible for your own personal decisions.
You are responsible for your decisions.
Coaching sessions may expire if not scheduled within required timeframes specified in your Service Agreement.
We do not:
Guarantee marriage or relationship success
Guarantee compatibility
Guarantee a minimum number of introductions unless expressly stated in a signed Service Agreement
6. Matchmaking Packages
Services are governed by your signed Service Agreement and Order Confirmation.
6.1 Curated Client Packages
Services are fixed-term and do not automatically renew.
Available durations:
3-Month Package
6-Month Package
12-Month Package
Partner for Life Package (up to 24 cumulative months of active search)
The Partner for Life Package is not a guarantee of marriage and does not create an indefinite obligation.
Renewal requires a new written agreement.
Services may include:
Onboarding consultation
Profile development
Targeted database search
Candidate screening
Curated introductions
Date coordination
Post-date feedback
Number of introductions is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
6.2 Partner for Life Package (24-Month Capped Active Search)
Includes up to 24 cumulative months of active search.
Active search may pause during exclusive dating periods.
Service concludes upon:
Establishment of a mutually acknowledged exclusive relationship; or
Completion of 24 months of active search.
This is not a guarantee of marriage.
6.3 Member Tier
Members:
Are included in the database
May be considered for introductions
Are not guaranteed matches
Membership does not create entitlement to minimum dates.
6.4 Potential Partner Tier
Potential Partners:
May be invited for consideration
Are not paying clients
Are not guaranteed introductions
Status may be withdrawn at Company discretion.
7. Payment Terms
You authorize MyBiidoo to charge your designated payment method.
Payments may be made via card, ACH, or approved processors.
No Automatic Renewal
Services do not auto-renew unless expressly disclosed in writing in compliance with state auto-renewal laws.
Chargebacks for properly delivered services may result in suspension.
Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.
In the event of conflict, the signed Service Agreement controls.
8. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, current information.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
You must immediately notify us of unauthorized access at: connect@MyBiidoo.com
We may suspend accounts that appear compromised.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Provide false information
Harass or threaten others
Solicit money
Upload malicious software
Scrape or reverse engineer the Services
Use the Services unlawfully
Violation may result in termination.
10. Interactions with Matchmakers and Users
You agree to:
Act professionally and respectfully
Remain reasonably responsive
Provide truthful information
Repeated refusal of introductions, misrepresentation, or misconduct may result in termination consistent with your Service Agreement.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users.
Meetings with other Users are voluntary and at your own discretion.
If in immediate danger, call 911.
11. User Content
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant MyBiidoo a limited license to use your content solely for delivering Services.
You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, or materially misleading content.
AI-manipulated content that materially misrepresents your identity is prohibited.
We may remove content that violates these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
All branding, systems, methodologies, databases, and technology are owned by MyBiidoo.
You receive a limited personal use license only.
Unauthorized copying, scraping, or commercial use is prohibited.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all implied warranties, including:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
We do not guarantee:
Relationship outcomes
Compatibility
Background screening completeness
Uninterrupted service
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
MyBiidoo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including emotional distress or reputational harm.
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months.
If no fees were paid, liability shall not exceed $100.
Nothing limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.
15. Indemnification and Release
You agree to indemnify MyBiidoo for third-party claims arising from:
Your use of Services
Your content
Your violations of law
You release MyBiidoo from claims arising from interactions with other Users, except for gross negligence or fraud.
California residents waive Civil Code §1542.
15. Third-Party Services
We may link to third-party websites and payment processors.
We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or performance.
16. Entire Agreement; Severability; Survival
These Terms, together with your Service Agreement and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
Provisions that should survive termination (IP, arbitration, indemnification, limitation of liability) survive.
17. Miscellaneous
You may not assign without consent.
We may assign in connection with merger or sale.
No partnership or agency is created.
Force majeure applies to events beyond reasonable control.
Export compliance applies.

If you do not agree to return the goods to the seller or if the seller does not pick them up within twenty days of the date of your notice of cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation.

If you cancel within this period, the seller must send you a full refund of any money you have paid, except that a reasonable expense fee not to exceed ten dollars may be charged if you have received your first service under the contract. The seller must also cancel and return to you within twenty business days any papers that you have signed.

MEMBER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you wish to cancel this contract, you may cancel by delivering or mailing a written notice to Mybiidoo. The notice must say that you do not wish to be bound by the contract and must be delivered or mailed before midnight of the third business day after you sign this contract. If you cancel, Mybiidoo will return, within ten days of the date on which you give notice of cancellation, any payments you have made.
New York
The following additional provisions(s) apply if you are a New York subscriber (as determined by the zip code you use at the time of your subscription):
If you subscribe for any Service that exceeds a total amount of $25.00, Mybiidoo will provide a minimum of one match to you each month. In the event we do not provide at least one match for two or more successive months, you shall have the option to cancel this Agreement by notifying us in writing at the address stated in this Agreement and to receive a refund of all monies paid pursuant to the cancelled contract; provided, however, that Mybiidoo shall retain as a cancellation fee 15% of the cash price or a pro rata amount for the number of referrals furnished to you, whichever is greater. This shall be your sole remedy for Mybiidoo’s failure to provide at least one match to you each month.
Except in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, reorganization, financing, change of control or acquisition of all or a portion of Mybiidoo’s business by another company or third party or in the event of bankruptcy, Mybiidoo will not, without your prior written consent, sell, assign or otherwise transfer for business or for any other purpose to any person any information and material of a personal or private nature acquired from a purchaser directly or indirectly including but not limited to answers to tests and questionnaires, photographs or background information. You acknowledge and agree that if you post any information, including photographs, to the Services for posting on your profile or other areas of the Services, such information will be publicly accessible, and you are consenting to the display of such information on the Services.
All New York subscribers will be given a free annual membership subscription following the expiration of their service contract. If you wish to decline this offer then please email connect@Mybiidoo.com within 30 days of the expiration of your service contract. If Mybiidoo does not receive notice of your intent to decline this offer within 30 days then the offer shall be deemed accepted. You may opt-out of your free annual membership at any time by contacting connect@Mybiidoo.com.
Except if you remain a Mybiidoo member, after the expiration of the term of your Client Agreement or at the expiration of the Services rendered by Mybiidoo, for any reason, all information and material of a personal or private nature acquired from you directly or indirectly including but not limited to answers to tests and questionnaires, photographs, or background information shall be returned to you by Mybiidoo by certified mail and/or deleted from any electronic storage devices within a reasonable amount of time.
Our Services are widely available in the United States – if you believe that you have moved outside a location where we provide the Services, please contact us in writing via email to connect@Mybiidoo.com or to Mybiidoo LLC [ADDRESS], and we will work with you to provide alternative services or a refund.
Upon notice in writing and delivered via email to connect@Mybiidoo.com or to Mybiidoo, LLC [Address] you may place your membership on hold for up to one year.

You the buyer, may cancel this contract at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this contract. To cancel. you must notify the seller in writing, delivered via email to connect@Mybiidoo.com or to

Ohio
The following additional provisions(s) apply if you are an Ohio subscriber (as determined by the zip code you use at the time of your subscription):
All information and material of a personal or private nature that is acquired directly or indirectly from a buyer including but not limited to, answers to tests or questionnaires, photographs, or background information, shall be returned by the seller to the buyer by regular mail within 30 days after the expiration of the contract or after the expiration for any reason the Services to be rendered by Mybiidoo.
Performance of this Agreement will begin no later than 180 days from the date the Agreement is entered into.
Our Services are widely available in the United States – if you believe that you have moved outside a location where we provide the Services, please contact us in writing via email to connect@Mybiidoo.com or to Mybiidoo, [Address], and we will work with you to provide alternative services or a refund.
Rhode Island
You, the buyer, may cancel this contract at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after your receipt of this contract. See the attached notice of cancellation for an explanation of this right.

Wisconsin
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Right to Cancel. You are permitted to cancel this contract until midnight of the 3rd day after the date on which you signed the contract. If within this time period you decide you want to cancel this contract, you may do so by notifying Mybiidoo by any writing mailed or delivered to Mybiidoo at the address shown on the contract, within the previously described time period. If you do so cancel, any payments made by you will be refunded within 21 days after notice of cancellation is delivered, and any evidence of any indebtedness executed by you will be canceled by Mybiidoo and arrangements will be made to relieve you of any further obligation to pay the same.

1. Contracting Entity
If you reside in India or receive Services in India, your contract is exclusively with MyBiidoo India Private Limited.
No foreign MyBiidoo entity is responsible for Services provided in India.
2. Right to Cancel and Refund Policy
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019:
Consumers have the right to fair contract terms and protection from unfair trade practices.
2.1 Cancellation by Client

Refunds depend on stage of service:
Before Onboarding within 24 hours:
Refund less reasonable administrative costs (up to 20%).
After Onboarding but Before First Introduction:
Refund less onboarding and profiling costs (up to 50%).
After Introductions Begin and or 5 business days:
Non-refundable and case to case basis exceptions.
No refund is due solely because a relationship did not result.
2.2 Major Service Deficiency
If there is a deficiency in service as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you may seek:
Refund of unused portion;
Rectification of deficiency;
Compensation where legally established.
3. Eligibility
By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you:
are at least 18 years of age;
Have legal capacity to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
have the legal right, authority, and capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms of Use;
have not been convicted of a felony involving violence, sexual misconduct, fraud, or any crime that would reasonably pose a safety risk to other users;
are not required to register as a sex offender with any governmental authority;
have not previously been removed or banned from the Services by Mybiidoo (unless expressly authorized in writing to re-register);
are not currently married (separated individuals with a pending divorce may use the Services only if they fully disclose their legal marital status);
are using the Services solely for bona fide relationship-seeking purposes; and
are not otherwise prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.
If at any time you cease to meet these eligibility requirements, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services and notify Mybiidoo.
Mybiidoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these eligibility requirements, subject to applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of eligibility.

Do not guarantee safety
We do not warrant completeness or accuracy of background information.
4. Geographic Scope
Geographic Scope and Licensed Territories
Governing Law (India)
If you reside in India or receive Services in India , these Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Contracting Entity; Geographic Scope of Services
The MyBiidoo brand operates through separate legal entities in different jurisdictions.
Your contractual relationship depends on your country of residence and the location where Services are provided:
United States: Services are provided by MyBiidoo LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company.
Australia: Services are provided by MyBiidoo Australia Pty Ltd, an independent licensed operator authorized to use the MyBiidoo brand in Australia.
India: Services are provided by MyBiidoo India Private Limited, an independent licensed operator authorized to use the MyBiidoo brand in India.
If you reside in or receive Services in Australia or India, your agreement is solely with the applicable local entity. MyBiidoo LLC licenses the MyBiidoo brand and proprietary systems to local operators but is not the contracting party for Services provided outside the United States.
Each local entity is independently responsible for:
Customer agreements
Payment processing
Regulatory compliance
Consumer protection obligations
Service delivery within its territory
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to contract with the entity applicable to your country of residence.
International Data Transfers
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be transferred to, processed in, and accessed from jurisdictions outside your state or country of residence, including the United States, Australia, and India, where authorized MyBiidoo licensees operate.
Such transfers will be conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws and appropriate safeguards.
5. Services
MyBiidoo India provides curated matchmaking and related advisory services.
We are an intermediary facilitating introductions between consenting adults.
Website Access and License
Matchmaking Services are offered exclusively through the MyBiidoo website
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, MyBiidoo grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services through our website for your personal, non-commercial use.
All content made available through the Services, including but not limited to text, profiles, images, audio, video, branding elements, and other materials (“Content”), is owned by or licensed to MyBiidoo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Content;
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from any portion of the website;
Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scraping tools;
Use the Services for any commercial purpose without written consent;
Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by MyBiidoo.
Enrollment may require a separate signed Service Agreement.

Specific pricing, duration, and scope are governed exclusively by your Service Agreement.

Matchmaking involves subjective human compatibility.

Include GST where applicable
We may offer installment plans.
Failure to pay may result in suspension.
Services do not automatically renew.
Coaching Services
Coaching may be included in certain packages or purchased separately. Coaching is advisory in nature.
Coaching:
Is educational and advisory
Is not therapy, psychiatry, or mental health treatment
Is not legal or financial advice
You are responsible for your own personal decisions.
You are responsible for your decisions.
Coaching sessions may expire if not scheduled within required timeframes specified in your Service Agreement.
We do not:
Guarantee marriage or relationship success
Guarantee compatibility
Guarantee a minimum number of introductions unless expressly stated in a signed Service Agreement
6. Matchmaking Packages
Services are governed by your signed Service Agreement and Order Confirmation.
6.1 Curated Client Packages
Services are fixed-term and do not automatically renew.

Partner for Life Package (up to 24 cumulative months of active search)
The Partner for Life Package is not a guarantee of marriage and does not create an indefinite obligation.

Onboarding consultation

Targeted database search
Candidate screening
Curated introductions
Date coordination
Post-date feedback
Number of introductions is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
6.2 Partner for Life Package (24-Month Capped Active Search)
Includes up to 24 cumulative months of active search.
Active search may pause during exclusive dating periods.
Service concludes upon:
Establishment of a mutually acknowledged exclusive relationship; or
Completion of 24 months of active search.
This is not a guarantee of marriage.
6.3 Member Tier
Members:
Are included in the database
May be considered for introductions
Are not guaranteed matches
Membership does not create entitlement to minimum dates.
6.4 Potential Partner Tier
Potential Partners:
May be invited for consideration
Are not paying clients
Are not guaranteed introductions
Status may be withdrawn at Company discretion.
7. Fees and Payment
All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Payments may be made via:
UPI
Net banking
Credit/debit cards
RBI-compliant payment gateways
Services do not automatically renew.
8. Unfair Trade Practices
MyBiidoo India shall not engage in:
False representation of success rates
Misleading advertisements
False guarantees of marriage
Users must not:
Provide false information
Impersonate others
Engage in fraud or harassment
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to:
Refund of fees paid for the affected service; or
Re-performance of services.
We are not liable for:
Conduct of other users
Emotional distress from personal relationships
Decisions made independently by users
10. User Conduct
You must not:
Harass, threaten, or defame others
Solicit money
Share unlawful or obscene content
Violate IT Act, 2000 provisions
We may suspend accounts for misconduct.
11. Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP Act, 2023)
We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
You consent to processing of your data for:
Matchmaking services
Communication
Profile evaluation
You may request:
Access
Correction
Deletion
Withdrawal of consent

12. Intermediary Compliance (IT Act, 2000)
We act as an intermediary facilitating communication.
We are not liable for third-party content unless:
We have actual knowledge of unlawful content; and
Fail to remove it as required by law.

1. Right to Cancel and Refund Policy
Statutory 3-Day Cancellation Right
You may cancel this Matchmaking Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) without penalty by providing written notice of cancellation no later than midnight of the third (3rd) business day following the date of this Agreement.
For purposes of this Section:
“Business day” excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.
The “date of this Agreement” means the date you accepted these Terms of Use and submitted payment.
If you cancel within the applicable statutory cancellation period, you will receive an 80% refund.
Refunds will be processed within the time period required by applicable state law.
Death or Disability (Where Required by Law)
If required by state law, a pro-rata refund will be issued for unused services in cases of death or qualifying disability.

6. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Under the ACL, services must:
Be provided with due care and skill
Be fit for purpose
Be supplied within a reasonable time
If there is a major failure, you may be entitled to:
Cancel the contract
Receive a refund
Seek compensation
For non-major failures, we may choose to re-supply the Services.
7. Fees and Payment
Fees are payable as agreed at purchase.
All prices:
Are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Include GST where applicable
We may offer installment plans.
Failure to pay may result in suspension.
Services do not automatically renew.
8. Background Checks
We may conduct limited background screening using lawful public sources.
Screening:
Is not comprehensive
Does not guarantee safety
May not detect all risks
You acknowledge inherent risks in meeting other adults.
9. User Conduct
You must not:
Misrepresent your identity
Harass or intimidate others
Solicit money from other users
Engage in unlawful conduct
Serious misconduct may result in termination without refund except where required under ACL.
10. Safety
We recommend:
Meeting in public places
Not sending money
Not sharing sensitive personal data
If in danger, contact 000.
11. Limitation of Liability (ACL-Compliant)
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to:
Re-supplying the Services; or
Payment of the cost of having the Services re-supplied.
We are not liable for:
Independent actions of other users
Relationship outcomes
Emotional distress resulting from personal interactions
12. Dispute Resolution (Australia)
If a dispute arises:

If unresolved, disputes may be brought in the courts of the relevant Australian State or Territory.
Nothing prevents you from pursuing remedies under the ACL.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal changes or service updates.

ADDENDUM
DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ARBITRATION; GOVERNING LAW
Contracting Entity by Geography
Your contractual relationship is with the MyBiidoo entity that provides Services in your jurisdiction:
United States: MyBiidoo LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company.
Australia: MyBiidoo Australia Pty Ltd (or the applicable licensed Australian entity).
India: MyBiidoo India Private Limited (or the applicable licensed Indian entity).
Disputes must be brought only against the entity that provides your Services. No other MyBiidoo entity shall be responsible for disputes arising outside its territory.
United States – Arbitration Agreement (Minnesota)
Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration or litigation, you agree to contact MyBiidoo at connect@MyBiidoo.com and provide written notice of your dispute. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution for thirty (30) days.
Binding Arbitration
Except for:
claims eligible for small claims court;
claims seeking injunctive relief related to intellectual property;
any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable consumer arbitration rules.
Arbitration shall occur in Hennepin County, Minnesota, unless conducted virtually by mutual agreement.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.
The arbitrator may award any relief available in court, subject to the limitations in these Terms.
Class Action Waiver (U.S.)
All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in:
class actions
class arbitrations
representative proceedings
private attorney general actions
If this waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration provision shall be severed and disputes shall proceed in court.
Small Claims Exception
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, if the claim qualifies.
Jury Trial Waiver (If Arbitration Does Not Apply)
If a dispute proceeds in court, both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
Venue for Non-Arbitrable Claims (U.S.)
For claims not subject to arbitration, exclusive jurisdiction lies in the state and federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Governing Law (U.S.)
Minnesota law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Australia – Dispute Resolution
If you contract with MyBiidoo Australia Pty Ltd (or applicable Australian licensee):
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and applicable state laws.
Australian Consumer Law Protection
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other mandatory consumer protection legislation.
Dispute Process
Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for thirty (30) days before initiating court proceedings.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the relevant Australian state or territory in which the Services were provided, unless otherwise required by law.
No Class Action Waiver Where Prohibited
To the extent class action waivers are restricted under Australian law, such waivers shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
India – Dispute Resolution
If you contract with MyBiidoo India Private Limited (or applicable Indian licensee):
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction
Subject to mandatory consumer protections, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in:
Pune, India
(Choose the city where your Indian entity is registered.)
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights available under applicable Indian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Time Limitation on Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by statute.
The MyBiidoo entity providing Services in your jurisdiction is solely responsible for those Services. No other affiliated or licensed entity shall have liability for Services provided outside its designated territory.
