MYBIIDOO GLOBAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between MyBiidoo LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“MyBiidoo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the purchasing customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).
This Agreement governs the use of MyBiidoo matchmaking and related services globally.
This Agreement is governed by the MyBiidoo Terms of Use, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, and your signed Order Form, which are incorporated by reference.
1. Acceptance & Commencement
Services commence upon the earlier of:
• Scheduling or conducting the Intake Interview
• Beginning profile drafting or refinement
• Initiating candidate sourcing
(“Commencement of Services”)
You acknowledge that preparation for the Services begins immediately after purchase.
2. Service Tiers
Tier 1 – The Private Edit
Term: 3 Months
• Up to 3–5 curated introductions
• 1 Pause (maximum 90 days)
Tier 2 – The Signature Circle
Term: 6 Months
• Up to 6–8 curated introductions
• 2 Pauses (maximum 90 days each)
Tier 3 – The Founders’ Circle
Term: 12 Months
• Up to 12–14 curated introductions
• 5 Pauses (maximum 90 days each)
Tier 4 – Until You Find Your Partner
Term: 36 Months (maximum)
• Ongoing curated introductions during the 36-month term
• 7 Pauses (maximum 90 days each)
The Service does not extend beyond 36 months under any circumstance.
All tiers are time-based service engagements.
MyBiidoo does not guarantee a minimum cadence or relationship outcome.
3. What Counts as an Introduction
An introduction (“Match”) is deemed used when:
• A Candidate Presentation is made and:
– the Client accepts
– the Client unreasonably refuses
– the Client fails to respond within 3 business days
OR
• A Date is scheduled
• A Phone Number Exchange occurs with consent
• A Date occurs
If a Client cancels a scheduled Date with less than forty-eight (48) hours notice, where permitted by law, the Match is forfeited.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Respond to Candidate Presentations within 3 business days
• Provide Date Feedback within 48 hours
• Maintain respectful and lawful conduct
• Notify MyBiidoo of availability conflicts promptly
Repeated non-participation (14 consecutive days unresponsive) may result in suspension or termination.
5. Pause Policy
Pauses must:
• be requested in writing
• be approved by MyBiidoo
• not exceed 90 days per pause
Pauses cannot be initiated:
• after Candidate Presentation unless forfeited
• after Date scheduling unless forfeited
Failure to resume after Pause expiration may result in termination.
6. No Guarantees
MyBiidoo provides curated matchmaking services.
We do not guarantee:
• compatibility
• relationship success
• marriage
• a specific number of introductions
• a specific timeline
Human relationships involve variables beyond our control.
7. Safety & Screening
MyBiidoo may conduct limited screening. Screening:
• is not a guarantee of safety
• may rely on public records or voluntary disclosures
• may be incomplete
MyBiidoo does not guarantee the identity, background, intentions, or conduct of any individual introduced through the Services.
Clients remain responsible for exercising their own judgment.
8. Termination
MyBiidoo may terminate Services for:
• misrepresentation
• unsafe conduct
• harassment
• repeated unreasonable refusals
• non-payment
• relocation outside serviceable geography
Refund rights are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
United States Clients
For clients located in the United States, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Arbitration provisions are contained in the MyBiidoo Terms of Use.
Australia Clients
For clients located in Australia, MyBiidoo services are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that consumers may have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
India Clients
For clients located in India, services are provided in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Nothing in this Agreement limits rights available under Indian consumer protection law.

Getting Started
Our commitment to new Clients begins with the application, intake, and approval process, during which MyBiidoo’s team begins collaborating on your curated matchmaking journey.
While onboarding typically begins promptly after purchase, occasional delays may occur due to:
• client volume
• geographic considerations
• curator availability
MyBiidoo uses its professional judgment when selecting your Dedicated Senior Curator.
If reassignment would better serve your relationship goals, MyBiidoo may assign a different Curator.

Profile Completion
During onboarding you will complete your Client Profile and designate preferences for your desired Partner (“Search Criteria”).
Clients may prioritize up to three core criteria.
Search Criteria influence:
• candidate availability
• introduction cadence
MyBiidoo may recommend adjustments to improve candidate availability.
Your Dedicated Senior Curator
You will meet your Curator via video meeting for the initial Welcome Meeting.
This meeting may include:
• confirming Search Criteria
• reviewing relationship history
• establishing communication preferences
• aligning expectations
The Welcome Meeting may be recorded for quality purposes unless you decline recording.
Match Cycle
Your MyBiidoo experience progresses through a structured Match Cycle:
Candidate searching and sourcing
Candidate screening and compatibility review
Candidate presentation
Date coordination
Post-date feedback
Multiple dates may occasionally be scheduled concurrently to increase cadence.
Searching and Screening Candidates
Curators search MyBiidoo’s confidential database and may conduct outreach.
Screening may include:
• video conversations
• compatibility review
• public record review where applicable
MyBiidoo does not screen for:
• alternative relationship structures beyond disclosed preferences
• specific body measurements
• highly specific educational institutions
• highly specific professions
Candidate Presentation
Curators provide a written Candidate Presentation describing compatibility with Search Criteria.
Clients must respond within 3 business days.
Failure to respond or unreasonable refusal may count as a used introduction.
Date Coordination & Participation
MyBiidoo may assist in scheduling introductions.
Clients agree to:
• provide availability
• communicate scheduling conflicts
• participate respectfully
Clients are responsible for their own personal expenses during dates.
Date Cancellation
If a Client cancels with less than 48 hours notice, the introduction may be forfeited where permitted by law.
Phone Number Exchange in lieu of a date counts as an introduction if both parties consent.
Date Feedback
Clients must provide feedback within 24–48 hours.
Feedback helps refine future introductions.
Feedback may be summarized and shared with the candidate.
Coaching Services
Clients enrolled in coaching will be paired with a MyBiidoo Relationship Coach.
Coaching may include:
• relationship readiness assessment
• goal development
• structured sessions
Coaching is not therapy.
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be forfeited.
Members and Potential Partners
Individuals in the MyBiidoo database may be contacted for screening.
Participation does not guarantee selection.
Repeated unavailability or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from consideration.
Successful Match Documentation
If a Client is successfully matched, MyBiidoo may request:
• testimonial
• video recounting
• optional marketing participation
• partner confirmation
Such documentation does not guarantee refunds unless provided under the applicable service tier.
6A. Professional Matchmaking Services Acknowledgment
The Client acknowledges that MyBiidoo provides professional matchmaking and relationship introduction services, which involve professional judgment, experience, and subjective human evaluation.
The Services purchased under this Agreement consist of:
• profile development and strategic consultation
• candidate sourcing and screening
• curated introductions
• date coordination and feedback
• relationship coaching where applicable
The Client understands and agrees that the value of the Services lies in the professional effort, expertise, and time invested by MyBiidoo, and not in the achievement of a specific relationship outcome.
Accordingly:
• payment for the Services compensates MyBiidoo for the professional services rendered;
• the outcome of any introduction, relationship, or compatibility between individuals cannot be guaranteed;
• dissatisfaction with the outcome of introductions or relationships does not constitute a failure of service.
Except where required by applicable consumer protection laws, refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the MyBiidoo Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Subjective Compatibility
Compatibility, chemistry, and personal attraction are inherently subjective and cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
Clients acknowledge that MyBiidoo’s role is to facilitate introductions based on professional assessment, and that the ultimate determination of compatibility rests solely with the individuals involved.
Differences in personal preferences, expectations, or attraction do not constitute a failure of the Services.
7A. Independent Adult Introductions
MyBiidoo provides curated introductions between independent adults for the purpose of facilitating potential personal relationships.
Clients acknowledge and agree that:
• MyBiidoo does not control, supervise, or monitor interactions between individuals once an introduction has been made.
• All meetings, communications, and relationships between Clients and Candidates occur voluntarily and independently of MyBiidoo.
• Each individual is solely responsible for their own conduct, decisions, and personal safety during and after introductions.
While MyBiidoo may conduct limited screening or verification where appropriate, such screening cannot eliminate all risks associated with meeting new people.
By participating in the Services, Clients acknowledge that interactions between individuals involve inherent personal and social risks.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyBiidoo shall not be liable for the actions, omissions, conduct, or behavior of any individual introduced through the Services, whether occurring before, during, or after an introduction.
Clients agree to exercise their own judgment and personal responsibility when interacting with individuals introduced through MyBiidoo.
8. Definitions
For clarity throughout this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set forth below.
• Agreement
This Service Agreement, together with any attachments, exhibits, Order Forms, and policies incorporated by reference, including the MyBiidoo Terms of Use and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Services
The professional services provided by MyBiidoo, including curated matchmaking, profile development, candidate sourcing, introductions, coaching where applicable, and operation of the MyBiidoo website and related service infrastructure used to deliver these offerings.
• Client
A Customer who has purchased a MyBiidoo matchmaking service package and is actively participating in the curated matchmaking process.
• Customer
Any individual engaged with the MyBiidoo Services in any capacity, including Clients, Members, and Recruits.
• User
Any individual who visits the MyBiidoo website or otherwise interacts with the Services.
• Client Relations Manager
A designated MyBiidoo representative responsible for supporting the Client’s experience, coordinating communication, and helping guide the Client throughout their matchmaking journey.
• Search Criteria
The preferences, values, and compatibility factors provided by the Client that guide the sourcing of potential Candidates.
• Approved Search Criteria
The refined and mutually agreed-upon Search Criteria confirmed during onboarding and used by MyBiidoo to conduct candidate searches.
• Candidate
An individual identified by MyBiidoo as a potential introduction for a Client. A Candidate may be a Client, Member, or Recruit within the MyBiidoo network.
• Candidate Introduction
The presentation of a potential Candidate to a Client, including compatibility insights and relevant descriptive information. Also referred to as a Match Presentation.
• Match
A curated introduction arranged by MyBiidoo between a Client and a Candidate, which may result in a scheduled Date.
• Matchmaker
A MyBiidoo professional responsible for conducting matchmaking activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, introductions, and strategic feedback.
• Matchmaking
The professional process by which MyBiidoo identifies compatible individuals and facilitates introductions between them.
• Match Cycle
The structured sequence of work performed by MyBiidoo to deliver an introduction, typically including candidate sourcing, screening, presentation, date coordination, and post-date feedback.
• Date
A social meeting between a Client and a Candidate arranged through the MyBiidoo matchmaking process.
• Date Planning
The coordination of logistical details for a Date, including scheduling, location, and communication between participants.
• Date Feedback
The reflections shared by a Client and Candidate following a Date, used by MyBiidoo to refine future introductions.
• Coach
A MyBiidoo professional who provides relationship guidance and support to Clients.
• Coaching
Advisory sessions focused on personal development, dating strategy, and relationship readiness.
• Cadence
The general pacing or rhythm at which introductions, consultations, or matchmaking activities occur during the service engagement.
• Member
An individual who is part of the MyBiidoo candidate network and may be introduced to Clients but who has not purchased matchmaking services.
• Prospective Partner
An individual invited or sourced by MyBiidoo to join the candidate network for potential future introductions.
• Profile
The personal information, preferences, and descriptive details provided by a Customer to support the matchmaking process.
• Profile Completion
The process of submitting the information required by MyBiidoo to begin candidate sourcing.
• Onboarding
The initial phase of the client journey during which profiles are developed, Search Criteria are confirmed, and matchmaking preparation begins.
• Pause
A temporary suspension of matchmaking services requested by the Client and approved by MyBiidoo.
• Pause Period
The length of time during which Services are temporarily paused.
• Phone Number Exchange
The sharing of contact information between a Client and a Candidate with the consent of both parties.
• Forfeit
The loss of the value of a Match or service component due to cancellation, non-participation, or violation of service policies, without eligibility for refund.
• Refund
A monetary amount returned to a Client in accordance with the MyBiidoo Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
• Romantic Relationship
A non-platonic personal relationship that may develop between individuals following a MyBiidoo introduction.
• Confidentiality
The obligation to protect and maintain the privacy of all non-public information shared within the MyBiidoo ecosystem.
• MyBiidoo Database
The confidential network of individuals available for potential introductions through MyBiidoo.
• Trust & Safety
MyBiidoo’s policies and procedures are designed to promote respectful interactions, protect privacy, and support safe dating practices.
• Termination
The conclusion of a Client’s participation in the Services, whether through completion of the service term, voluntary withdrawal, or termination under this Agreement.
